Once you’ve signed up for Calingo insurance with the Prevention add-on, simply upload your Tractive subscription invoice. We’ll review the invoice and reimburse you up to CHF per year directly to your bank account. The process takes less than 60 seconds.
Yes – all Tractive subscription plans (Basic, Premium, for dogs and cats) are eligible for reimbursement. You can choose the plan that best suits your pet. Reimbursement is limited to CHF per insurance year and is covered under the “Prevention” supplemental coverage.
Absolutely. You don't need to cancel or switch your Tractive subscription. Just sign up for Calingo insurance and submit your current or next Tractive invoice starting on the first day. Existing subscriptions are just as eligible for reimbursement as new ones.
The Prevention add-on coverage includes a wide range of preventive measures, such as vaccinations, preventive blood tests, dental cleanings, and other preventive treatments. The annual budget is CHF and can be flexibly allocated to various services.
Of course, the Tractive subscription is eligible for reimbursement under the "Prevention" add-on coverage for both types of pets. Just select the type of pet when signing up and configure the appropriate plan.
